Goods purchased in the online store can be returned within 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods.

Goods are exchanged and returned in accordance with the valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The cost of exchanging/returning Goods of suitable quality shall be paid by the Buyer.

In order to return a low-quality or high-quality Product, within 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods, the Buyer must fill out the return form in the OMNIVA system of our partners and send the returned goods within 3 days using Omniva postal machines.

When returning the Goods to the Seller, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

  • The returned Product must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply in the case of a defective product being returned);
  • The item must be unworn;
  • The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
  • The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance;
  • the returned Product must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
  • when returning the Product, it is necessary to fill out the return form in the OMNIVA system of our partners and send the returned goods within 3 days. using Omniva postal machines.

The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the following Goods to the Seller:

1. high-quality Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged them, damaged their packaging, or due to other actions taken by the Buyer, the Goods have lost their commercial appearance, as well as goods that are not fully assembled (for example, lost specific parts of the Goods, torn off labels, damaged original manufacturer's packaging, etc. );
2. other Goods, which the Seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with valid legal acts.

Goods can be exchanged/returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt.

When canceling the contract (returning the Goods), the Buyer must send or hand over the Goods to the Seller immediately and no later than within 3 (three) days from the date of the return notification to the Seller. When returning the Goods, the Buyer must properly pack the Goods so that they are not damaged during shipping. The seller is not responsible for parcels that were sent improperly packed and as a result damaged during shipping.

After receiving the exchanged/returned product, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer within 5 (five) working days whether the Product met the return/exchange criteria. If the returned/exchanged Product meets these criteria, the Seller undertakes to replace the Product or return the money paid within 14 (fourteen) working days from the moment of receipt of the Product to the bank account specified by the buyer (the amount paid with a gift voucher, returned with a gift voucher in accordance with Clause 8 of these rules).

The Seller may not return the amounts paid to the Buyer until the Goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the Goods have been sent to the Seller. The Seller has the right not to accept the Goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the Goods specified in this Goods Return Policy.
